Responsibilities
- Support deal teams across sourcing, evaluation, and execution of growth equity transactions
- Conduct financial modeling, LBO analysis, and valuation work
- Prepare investment memos, management presentations, and committee materials
- Participate in commercial due diligence and portfolio company reviews
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Finance, Economics, or Accounting major
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior coursework or experience in financial modeling or valuation
- 3.5+ GPA preferred
- Analytical mindset
